Really.. thats no good. yea plus they came out sooo soon. Makes me wonder why?

Not sure what ones to try. Might as well go for the new ones though and see. as they are probably better for my 260

Has anyone actually been able to run the .24 installer?

I keep getting a file corruption error.

The download is 107MB which is 19MB smaller than what the site states it should be. When I download from the US site it's sub 100MB in size :/

Tried the download from 3 different machines in 3 different locations now all with the same corruption

It works fine for me. I have the size as 99.7 MB (102,145 KB).

Are you getting it from (64 bit version): GeForce Release 178

Downloaded the .24s about 4 hours ago via Shawn's link and installed them straight over the .13s.
Have been watching a blu ray movie and it looked great but that's no test.
Certainly no problems doing regular stuff and my temps are fine.

Sorry about the slow reply but yes it still happens within safe mode so i might just try the .24's and see what happens with them.

For everyone's attention:

The Nvidia UK International 178.24 installer - which when dowloaded wouldn't run due to being corrupted - is now 100% working and has just installed perfectly within my PC.

The new ones work fine but i have found that RivaTuner, when using drivers it that are newer than what it can take, doesn't overclock properly and makes my computer very unstable but only while playing Crysis hmmmm... however they install fine but for the mean time i might have to use the NV CP to OC my GP-U (Just thought i would keep the two letter thing going)

Yeah, it looks like you will need to wait until RivaTuner updates thier program before you can use it again.

You need to use the NVidia setup to install the driver, not the driver wizard

I opened the Nvidia control panel and it doesn't have an "update driver" option anywhere that I found. I assume I am looking in the wrong spot.

There are some new Beta drivers floating around out there. 180.10 for x64.

You have to use a modded inf unless you have a 9XXX card, but I am running them on my 8800GTS 320, and gained 400 points in 3DM Vantage. I also got 10+ FPS increases in Bioshock and Assassin's Creed DX10. If you want to try them, you can find them on various sites around the net.

Remember though, these are a leaked beta, so performance and bugginess will vary.

I went to that link Brink and they are 32-bit drivers only. Oh well. I look for 64 bit there. Thanks for the replies.
