I will say. the multicolored wire that handles the power button, reset, and the HD, and power lights. what I did was actually fed those one at a time through that little slot below them. then ran the wire in the back so they just come out of nowhere and go up and plug in. instead of across your entire system. I can take a pic for you if you'd like. Also I unplugged the power LED and HD LED wires.. as they were WAY to bright. and I couldn't sleep with them on. Other than that it looks great. Try to put those wires in the HD cages Under the bottom holder. thats what I did.. if it will fit.

Other than that it looks great. Job well done man.

I also just today got the X-Fi XtremeGamer. and it's amazing. Sounds just sooo great. but ya. I never saw your CM690 pics. so lets see em man.. oh and you can get a 80mm fan down there in front of the PSU. the fry's by my house has 80mm fans with filters as they wont fit the one that comes with the case. but like I said. I had a 90CFM 120x38mm down there.. and with it missing my temps aren't ANY different. so I'll probably just go without one down there. although I have a second fan behind the on on the bottom front. just to help through those weird HD cages.

You mean you can only get an 80mm fan at the bottom fan placement? I've got a 120mm fan in front of my PSU in my 690 case, unless mine's slightly larger with it being the Nvidia edition.

Thanks guys. Since it's so big inside (compared to my old hot box) it's very easy to work in. No more wishing I had little girl hands with the dexterity of a spider just to install a HD. Now my MAN'S hands can move around in my MAN'S case with ease lol

One downside though is that it now dwarfs my 24" monitor

No everlong. I can fit a 120mm down in front of the PSU. I can fit a 140mm fan down there.. I had a 120x38mm for the first few months. but now that I installed a new PSU. it's to long and covers the 120mm hole area.. well the wires do. I cant fit a 120mm fan down there anymore because stuff is in the way. I'd be able to do a 80mm probably.. but thats it now. but I'm not worried about it. as with the 120x38mm 96cfm fan being gone, my temps aren't any lower. So I'm not missing it much.

Ahh I see what you mean, I have a Thermaltake 750w, which obviously is smaller than yours and Amplid's PC P&C, so I can still get the 120mm fan down there.

Off course it looks a lot better with the insides in black, why always the icky silvery colour in cases...??!! Maybe I'll paint it when I install the GTX+...
Oh yes I've new corsair XMS DDR 400 RAM, I'll show you guys along with the GTX+ pics!

@Everlong, Yah it was a real pain in the *ss getting those cables through the hole in the mobo tray coz it was so long... Still have all of those stockers?:D I've only the "PC P&C Powered" on it for the moment, maybe I'll get another in the XFX box

lol. Yep. Dust will be a bit of an issue. I weighed up the pros and cons when I ordered it. The dust lost I'll be cleaning this puppy pretty regularly methinks

Why don't you just buy some of those dustfilters and install them in front of your fans?

It's 4 tri colour LEDS that constantly cycle the colours in the fan.

As for the PSU it's a shame it wont fit but tbh I just dont care as there is plenty of room to put it outside the case.
