Upgrade the CPU to a Core 2, get 2GB of DDR2 667 or 800MHz RAM and depending what you do on your PC, then possibly a 9600GT for general use and casual gaming, and it should be above 5 :)

With an onboard graphic card, there's not much you can do unfortunatley :(
