Nice! That is a sweet rig. You aren't planning to overclock, right, because the DQ6 is supposed to be pretty legit at it.

Hi Ibrahim,
Oh yeah, I was planning on doing a little OCing to see how much more faster it can run. From what I have seen in the BIOS so far, the DQ6 seems to make it real easy to do.

Gratz on the new system Shawn, looks like a winner!
Thank you Bubba and Joe. It's running real smooth and fast. I have just a minor quirk with sleep, but expect to work it out soon. I hope.
LOL
That's ok Bubba. Thank you though.

Shawn, as I said to you previously and may I take this opportunity to say it again.
It would give me a great deal of pleasure to catch the next kangaroo from Sydney Airport and hop over to Bush Intercontinental and negotiate a full system swap.
Would you like a few minutes to think it over? ... a few seconds even?
As I thought, no I didn't think so. You can't knock me for trying though LOL!!!
Enjoy your new found "Big Boys Toy" my dear friend ... Enjoy!

Hey Dj Level9
Nice try, but you can't fool us with a WEI of 9.9.
As the maximum score is 5.9, one thing we know for sure is you don't mind fooling around with that Registry Editor!!!
What's your real score though?

these scores are so indescriptive and dont really give an indication as to how fast the computer is......... using RAID wont get anyone higher scores because indefinitely there will be another component that is slower.......
I did a small check and my ram was only running at 800Mhz and not 1066, changed it and got up to 5.7 overall, I can prolly do a little more tweaking and get to 5.9 but honestly I don't think it matters, my machine is blazing atm.

Not bad.. the CPU is slowin me down..
my new Quad core build will for sure take care of that problem.. as well as all the ones that aren't 5.9 I'll post a new one with my new build as soon as I load my OS..
Also some people were askin about what CPU cooler.. get a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme.. called a TRUE.
OR a Tuniq Tower. thats what I got comin, it's just as good as TRUE. and it's 30 bucks cheaper. and comes with a fan already
