Today was another milestone here in VF - my first orange rep pip!

Now, among other things, I have to deal with THREE threads where I'm sort of stuck at the moment for various reasons. Oh well, that's the tough/challenging part of this job.

You must be getting used to that grounding by now.
I have a headache as well but that is normal for me.
I have had one every day for three years now and nobody can tell me why.
Pain killers spin me out every now and again,patience runs out very quickly but apart from that all is good.

The headache, I just went to bed, woke up at 3AM and couldn't get back to sleep. :huh:
Today, I'm gunna try and go out, i promised them yesterday, but that was before i got the angry phone call from my dad. Lol.

So, last night before i started to walk home, she walks up to me and says, call me later, so I'm like, yeah, course I will, so I'm nearly home and I think, I'll ring her now, and I get no answer, and goes to voicemail.

I don't even want to know what you did to get grounded for 2 whole weeks (staying out too late, drinking (and maybe driving too), drugs, getting into a gang fight and showing some injuries,...), but I would be interested to know what "grounding" actually means. Are you prohibited from leaving the house for any purpose other than school or a specifically-approved event (and ONLY that event) or is it more like a curfew where you have to be in the house by a certain hour and can't leave for the rest of the night? Are you allowed guests (I mean, can you invite over a friend or two to watch a video or hang out or perhaps even host a party as long as it is in your house)? Can you invite over a significant other even or especially if the parents are going to be out for a while? You obviously aren't prohibited from using the computer. Does it mean anything else?

I've never been grounded - I pretty much didn't go out and party much until past the point where my parents had any control and I wasn't around them anymore. Then I more than made up for lost time - LOL!

LOL, yeah, its cause I came home late, and because I bought someone back to mine that my mum hates.
I can't go out, unless its school or anything similar.
I don't think it'll be 2 weeks either.
Yeahh, still got my phone and internet access, until they turn the WiFi off.
I think my parents would let me go out if my mates turned up at my door, but i don't wanna try it cause they all live up the other end of the island lol.

So, yeah, my used minutes on my contract for the next 2 weeks is going to go up. Alot.

Then please attach it so we can all see it - I'm an author and love to read the work of other people. I haven't played the game (gaming isn't my thing - except occasionally chess or pente or go (all online but sometimes even just with the computer)), so for me it would also be educational. I'm not sure what you used to write it in (and can probably read anything you used myself), but for others if you could save it at a regular .doc file (not a .docx) that would probably be best. I imagine you didn't use Notepad or Wordpad and you probably have some nice formatting which would be lost if you converted it to text - so please for now use .doc and if anyone complains, tell them to download the free OpenOffice www.openoffice.org and use Writer to open the file (as they probably should have that Suite if they can't read a .doc file and it will eventually come in handy for them as it also includes free equivalents for Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).

It's OK to take a break from it all from time-to-time. Those who don't probably should as it is healthy to periodically not be stressed out doing things - even things you enjoy. Playing games on the computer or X-Box (or whatever you use if you do that) can be more stessful than cramming for final exams or getting up the nerve to ask out someone you REALLY want to get to know on a date. I don't do it as much as I should (relax I mean - LOL!), but then again I probably sleep longer than I should as well, and that's about as bad as it gets for "not much at all."

Although it is an old ritual that is not medically supported, I've found that a bowl or two of chicken noodle or chicken rice soup as well as a few glasses of orange juice (not all at once, but over a little while) helps keep it from getting worse. For the throat, I recommend Chloraseptic (taken as directed - it seems to work well for me and it doesn't taste as bad as some of the others). I hope it's just a temporary thing that goes away after a good night of rest.

I'm a reviewer for a site, actually. I also have 6 other reviews.
I'm a huge gamer, so this is a very good chance for me to work on grammar, and possibly see this as a future job. I love video games, and I'm pretty good at writing, so why not?

The apple pie was really nice, the apple was a bit sharp though, but i spose that added to the taste and that. I'll b making more of them now .
