The first job will remain with you forever. When I was just a year or so older than you, my first and best job was given to me. I was a Vendor at Yankee Stadium, a real pleasure. I met Mickey Mantle, Maris, Berra, and Football Joe Namath.

Now that I am officially all moved, and have things the way I want, I left work early after busting ass to get done early, and bought myself a new nightime friend.

I got myself a nice new $400 queen mattress. My hip/pelvis/lower back problems prompted this(i'm only 35...not good), and since I haven't slept through a full night in months, I figured it was time. Delivery tomorrow, and tomorrow night....ahhhhhhhhhhh. Good nights sleep(crosses fingers).

Tomorrow i'll be shelling out another $80-100 for a new 7pc Comforter set and other stuff for it. I think i'm going to be broke by Sunday, so at least i'll have a new bed to lay down and cry on then,lol.

New bed is always nice, I did that about a year ago when I started having trouble.
Feather Down underlay made all the difference as well as the new bed and mattress.
Money you can get back over time but a good nights sleep will be priceless.

Yesterday I was at the final competition in the British Mountaineering Council's (BMC) Youth Climbing Series (YCS)

The final problem for Boys aged 14-16 was very hard indeed! It was a sport 7a+, which is very difficult. I can just about struggle up it, maybe falling off a few times, but it is pushing me. Other than my partner, I have never seen any other child do a route of that grade before.

There was someone there who did it absolutely perfectly, and absolutely cleanly first time. A child. That is an absolutely fantastic feat. Amazing. And she was an 11 year old girl. It was just unbelievable. The strength required for that route is vast. I have that strength, but for an 11 year old girl, I have never seen anything like it before. And just the way she climbed the route was fantastic.

I am quite senior when it comes to climbing, and I have spent countless hours sitting and watching the nationals, and seeing those who made it to the nationals. She will. I can practically guarantee. She was the same at 11 as Mark Croxall was at 16. And Mark went on to become the 2005 World Bouldering Champion, and a current member of the British Bouldering Team.

She will get far, but her gender is going to be a problem. Beyond an 8a+, few women can manage, because their muscle to weight ratio is worse compared to a boys.

If she practices 15 hours a week, she will become an international player. But whether she will succeed there or not I cannot tell. Possibly.

I don't know. She was just unbelievable to watch.

Apparently, her parents were in the nationals and county climbing squads respectively. They made her a 2ft upright with holds on, and practised getting her to grip them from the age of 2. I am not sure how much starting at 2 would have helped, but starting young was certainly crucial.

Anti Virus came up negative.

JUst finished my first day at Work Experience

It was quite good actually My First task was to build the Computer that I will be using for the next 2 weeks - The build was succesful just to let you guys know

The next step was to install the Image of Windows 7 (Default OS around the school) to the Hard drive which went well

After that I had to Install the default software for it and once it was all up and running I Was then called out to help a teacher who wanted her laptop to print faster but Unfortunately there was nothing I could do to speed up the transfer of 500MB!

So she got angry and started mumbling and asked I left so I did

Also the last task I did was to replace some keys from a laptop keyboard ... It waas really Frustrating!!!!

And that was my day ,

Josh, you're work experience sounds alot better that what I did lol.

Over the weekend I went to Bradwell Outdoor Centre for my youth council, it was just like team building and problem solving, it was real fun, stayed there for the weekend so yeah, was funny too, we kinda had this iPod dock party lmao.
While I was away though, my parents cleared out my summerhouse in the garden, and my dad kinda dropped my server, and the screen, the server looks okay, no visible damage, but the screen has a huge crack down the middle, so yeah, need a new screen lol.

Also, my pc has been off for 2 days now, a record!

Okay I'll see what I can do for you. It wont be until this weekend though because my A-level work is really keeping me busy at the moment. I hope thats alright?
