Well well!
After some messing around from the school, they was supposed to give us our results after the double maths exam, that was 2hours 30mins fyi, but they didn't. Apparently they "dropped all the papers and they got in the wrong order", anyways, we got them at the end of school.

Ethics - F
Science B Unit 1; B1, C1, P1 - C

Imo, Ethics isn't important. I'm really pleased with the Business result as we have had so much messing around with teachers and stuff that I'm surprised I even learnt something lol.
Also with science, with the coursework I just handed in, I might be able to bump the overall C up to a B, so fingers crossed! D

Not bad grades, except for that F .....

I'm taking a few constuction courses too, I like the building of the model house but all the paperwork pertaining to the processes of it is the hard part for me.

Blueprint reading is interesting though.

The English went really well

We had four hours to write 2000-2500 words - those are only approximations. There are no upper or lower limits, and an A* can still be achieved with only about 1300 words. Had my first 2 1/2 session today.

In the first two hours, wrote 2660 words. Then proof read it and checked it. It is now finished. And another 1 1/2 hours of proof reading next Thursday!

I am also very happy with the content. I hope I get an A*...if we don't get straight A*s, or extremely close to, we get asked to leave/expelled, so that we don't bring down the AS and A Level results. Nothing like a bit of pressure. They expel about an eighth of the year group after the fifth form. At the moment, my skill in languages and essays is looming towards half As, and half A*s. That is not good enough.

Why do I go to this school! lol.

Today was another day at my Work Experience and I had the Most stupid question ever asked from me!!

It went like this:

Can you help me I think Radiation is coming from my screen!!

Me: Okay Let me have a look

Look here can you see it!!

Me: ¬.¬ Errrmmm That isn't radiation

What is it then?

Me: That is Saliva on the Screen

Thank you for the encouragement. I am fine as long as all can be achieved via hard work. For I can knuckle down and work hard for months on end when it matters, as I have done for all of my exams.

I just don't have any natural talent at essays or languages.

Maths: I can pull equations out the air, and I can't understand myself. I just know them to be right. I have ways of performing calculations which my teachers can't understand - but they blatantly work.

Science: I love science. I usually do well.

Languages: I really have very little talent here. I really cannot do much to do with languages. Was slow to learn English, haven't really managed to learn any French, and can't understand foreign accents. I literally cannot understand a moderately strong foreign accent. All of the words just blue together into a mess. How can anybody understand that!

Essay subjects: Awful at writing essays. I really am.

Social life: Don't want or have one. People are only distractions, and waste my time. I just don't get why anybody wishes to talk. Every word said should be productive, or has simply wasted my time. I get on with my old silent life.

Academically I'm exactly the same, I don't like subjects where there isn't a definitive answer. I don't want to discuss something, I want to work it out.

Socially, I think its good to have something to do other than work all of the time.

I finally done the long awaited signature!!
I think I need to change the font type and color, also add some fading around the Intel and NVidia logos but apart from that, it's there!

I'm too tired to change it atm so y'no, I'll do it tomorrow night

Today is an all option day, so 4 periods of the same teacher all day, luckily with some breaks in between, nice lazy Friday after a pretty stressful week.

Today, while eating my lunch, I was watching Sky News coverage about the Japan disaster, it is amazing, just watching it again now, just how this wave of water can wipe out a village in seconds...

Watching it looks terrible, but actually being there, in the middle of it, it's just gotta be devastating...
