isn't that PSU slightly overkill?

When I bought the PSU I was running 2 V/C in Crossfire, TV tuner card and 4 hard drives. I had already killed 2 lower wattage PSUs prier to buying it. And according to a wattage calculator at the time I got it with what I was running I was right on the money .

The link above is of two pics of the parts of the 'Dragon' platform PC I'm soon to be building, but I'm still waiting on two vital components, (among others) namely the CPU h/sink and the PSU. I've had all this gear in the room beside me for the past two weeks and it's killing me NOT to be putting it all together and tweaking it.
I'll post the final product as soon as it's finished.

still wanna tighten up those cables tho. (mid tower so space is at a premium... maybe i'll get a new case in the not-too-distant future, but gotta justify it to my wife...)

Nice set up. I like that desk, it would work great in my wanna be lab setup I want to make in a cleared out section of my garage....lol.

lol.......no, in order to properly game with 3x monitors, you need a screen splitter (for the 3 way config), which i believe is about £350, then you would need at least a GTX295 to push a decent fps through all three... (not sure an SLI config actually works with a splitter..??)
