yep vantage would be good, but there's three different settings...... i think if you just do the basic run that will be good for comparisons, i have never run vantage myself
the reason i said 3dmark06 is because everyone who tinkers with their rig has a vague idea of what they're score is b/c its been around a while...
i just had a think about superPI, i dont think it benches multiple cores, i think what it does is test a single CPU thread for its overall speed.
as i think more about it i realize there aint gonna be any benchmarks currently optimized for i7
but hey enjoy the pizza.....
