Hello,
Let's try getting an installer log for me to look at.
1. Open a command prompt window. (Windows key + R, type "cmd" and press enter)
2. Put the iTunes installer on your Desktop.
3. Type into Command Prompt (without the quotes):
"%userprofile%\Desktop\iTunesSetup.exe /l*v %userprofile%\Desktop\iTuneslog.txt"
Upload iTuneslog.txt. Change any incorrect values in the above line, such as the name of the setup wizard.
