I dont think that will help M8, At least with 7 I still got the same HDD score with a RAID 0 setup :( it only measures the single disks
If you Enable advanced performance you can get .1 more but you have to reset your WEI first and run it again (thats if you haven't already done this)

It helps in Vista. My disks get 5.6 as singles, but in RAID 0 get 5.9, but 7 works out its WEI differently, so probably why.

Good that it doesn't go over 5.9 or I would be tempted to flatten my system again :p

Okay, despite the fact that windows detects my video card and DMC4 has a very high FPS while playing, my vista experience index gives me a 1.0 for windows aero and the other one that has to do with graphics. Why is this?

This is usually because you are using the generic Vista drivers. Try updating your video card driver from the manufacturers website

Nope. I'm using the CCC 9.2 drivers. The newest drivers for this card. I just installed Vista SP1 x64 so I'm guessing this will be fixed after I run windows update. I think there was a similar problem before.

Hi all,

Installed the Nvidia 179.48 video drivers on my HP laptop w/a GF 9600M GT to replace the original installed HP drivers. These drivers are listed as "Beta", but are the most recent offering form Nvidia for this card.

Previous score for desktop performance was 5.1 (the lowest score on this machine). Now on the control panel>system page it still says 5.1 but it now says "unrated". If I update the index, it says 4.8 on the performance info page, but on the system page it continues to say 5.1 "unrated"... What gives here? Is it because the drivers are Beta? --ch
