LOL @ BFK -- Hit or miss with you, huh?

To anyone who qualifies: What bus speed/memory speed is needed for a 5.9?

Here's mine:

Later  Ted

I recently had a similar problem with my HD4850 when I updated my mainboard and having to re-install WV-HP. After trying an assortment of things, it went back to normal (5.9) after I used the windows update facility and installed the 41 updates there. Some of them were security related but there were some .Net updates and fixes. Not sure if they were related at all to the 1.0 result for my card, but as I say it seemed to fix it.

I'm at a 5.0. only went up .2 with a boost of 1ghz processing speed.

Just wondering what everybody else is getting and on what hardware, so with the help of my friend the snipping tool, here goes.

5.8 here, my CPU was a 5.7 at first.

Aw so close to max, if I had an Intel quad core CPU...

If your eyes are very bad, everything is a 5.9 except for the CPU.

Yeah, that's what I said too, then I realized I do have an AMD quadcore which is at 5.8 and holding me back from a perfect score, I keep thinking maybe if I give the computer a good kick with the side of my foot it will tilt over into a 5.9 cpu score instead of 5.8

Here's mine. Can't figure out why my disk score is so low though. It's a SATA Barracuda 3.0gb/s 7200rpm 32mb cache. Could it be that I've formatted it over 50 times in just like a month? I can't make up my mind lols.

I was under the impression that the HDD scores base it not only on HDD throughput, but also on free space. Whether that is any truth to it or not I don't know I can only say that when I first ran my scoring my HDD had 650GB freespace, and it scored 5.9, now it's only got 100GB free space (thanks alot X-Plane 9 with your 80GB install ;) ) and re running the scorer still says my HDD is 5.9 with only 100GB free so.... Maybe just baloney on the part of the people whom I read that from.

My Computer

Well, my HDD is 750gb and my external is 500gb. I needed another HDD anyways, so meh.
