annoying thing is im only 50 miles from exchange but BT wont upgrade lines to handle 16MB so stuck with around 3.5 ATM

That's actually fairly decent, quite close to what you pay for. Though a lower speed at already low speeds are not very uplifting....

Less than 90% of what I pay for, they deliver. Maybe I should re-negotiate my end of the Contract, to pay 90% of current fee.:sarc:

I have 12GB of download available in the 'plan', but they start getting uneasy and send out reminders about limitations, once I click through the 6GB mark.
