I pay for a 100Mb/2Mb plan, at the rate of Singapore dollars 99.00

I spent the whole weekend on usegroups downloading at an average of 1800-2000 KB/s

so I would say, yes, tremendous improvement compared to previous 400-600KB/s average DL rate

Will this length? not sure, the quality is not constant with Starhub, however, there has been improvement after improvement these last weeks

this morning is quite more "normal" ;)
