Any chance I could get a link to Vista Home Premium 32bit iso? I tried the tutorial instructions, and just can't get around the install.wim file missing/corrupt error. I'm hoping that I could use your iso directly, and finally get this reinstallation done. Thanks in advance!

Sorry I don't have the German version. If you'd had a key for the Ultimate or Enterprise version you would have then been able to download language packs.

It does matter, you want the most up to date, although there are lots of updates to go after Vista w/SP2, whose link I just emailed to you.

As mentioned my original docs show SP1 but do believe it is now SP2. Just installed a new drive and my original disc from Dell not working. I also have a Macrium image (create monthly), will this image help in the restore?

I don't know, I would assume you need to format and reinstall the system first and then install Macrium and use your backups from it but you'd have to ask them as I'm not familiar with it.
