It just occurred to me, the Business edition allows Language Pack installation so you could install the English version then, through Windows Update, install the language pack for Polish. (Make sure that WU is set to receive all updates using Microsoft Update). If you want to try please post your email address disguised as in abc AT xyz DOT com and afterwards you can come back and edit the post to remove it.
Note that this will be a Vista SP2 ISO, so better than an SP1 version, - means fewer updates to install afterwards.

I have my original Vista Ultimate x86 & x64 DVD's and that version is universal so your license key would dictate what version of Vista you got. It includes Windows Anytime Upgrade. I am in the process of uploading it to my cloud storage where you will be able to download it from if you leave your email address for me to send you the link - disguise it and after you get the link you can come back and edit it out of the post. I wont publish the link here as the storage would be overloaded.
Why on Earth would you want RTM? It'll be a while before it's all uploaded there though. Do you want to do that?

I can email you a link to the ISO now if you post you email, disguised of course as in abc AT xyz DOT com. Unlike for the other users here who asked for an ISO including SP2, this is the RTM - no SP's.

My friend has got an HP PC still at RTM level. There's something wrong with it - it just won't accept SP1 although I tried the tricks I could find on the net. There are some programs installed he doesn't want to lose so fresh install is no good. I tried a repair (upgrade) install with a Vista SP2 disc but that aborted complaining about wrong SP level. That's why I'd like to try RTM. Of course, I'm open to ideas about better tricks...
