If it's a Vista Ultimate license only you should be offered language packs in Windows Update. But this sort of question belongs in another section of these forums such as here: Windows Updates

BTW, make sure you have Windows Update settings adjusted to look for updates using Microsoft Update. That way you'll be offered everything. Also check Hidden Updates as they may be there.

Anyway if I am wrong. Sorry. I was wondering if I could get a copy of Windows Vista
Home Premium 32 bit. I`m trying to help my Mom out. She is always in need of computer help. :D
She has a pretty bad virus. I would like to reinstall her computer. She threw out the disk when she
was cleaning up. She doesn't really know much about computers. she is an older woman.
Anyway, If you could send me a ISO of that It would be extremely helpful. Thanks so Much

By the Peter. I have not done many of these installs myself. After the Install will I have all of the basics I need to get started.

Drivers - well that all depends on your setup, make and model etc. Vista is pretty easy to install actually. Windows installs the basic drivers for you anyway but you may need some if you have, for instance, RAID or a sound card etc. etc.
