Good truck tires are expensive.
My son has a Dodge Ram and 4 tires were almost $1000.00.
He has a long daily commute and needed good safe tires.

Some good news today,Japanese have found someone alive after being buried for 8 days.
He is young, unable to talk, but his health is otherwise fine.
If there was ever a nation that needed some good news, Japan is that nation.

Update on that survivor....He had made it to the shelter and then went back to find his home and fell asleep there when the rescuer's found him.

Tried to sleep in a little....but no, I woke up around the same time my alarm would normally go off. Man, I hate that.

Got an appointment at 8:30am to get an alignment, then I get my new couch and chair.
After all that crap, I get to start cleaning up the yard since the snow is mostly gone.....finally.

Today:- I heard from one of my friends in Japan. I am sure she will not mind if I post her message to me:-


*So many people from all over Japan and the world have been working very hard for those who have been affected by the disasters and restoring the nuclear power plants. Only a few hours after the massive earthquake in Miyagi, my father and his colleagues left for Fukushima with radiation measuring instruments and medicines to protect people from radiation. I couldn't sleep for many nights, but my mother and I discussed it and decided to respect them, admire their bravery, and continue to support them. I'm sure their families are feeling the same as I am. This whole event has made me think a lot. I would like to be even more positive than before, help others and cheer them up. I know everyone has been feeling worried, but let's not get swayed by other people's opinions on the news but focus on taking good care of your family, friends and people around you with a smile on your face. Let's have faith in those who are holding up bravely in the affected areas.I believe things are changing in a favourable way.*

I thought it would be good to have something natural, and true, echoing the feelings of a nation hurt!

Today my doctor recommended I use Cannabis for my health problems.
Trouble is it is still illegal in New Zealand.

The NHS in the uk have done clinical trails on various conditions over the past, I think, 10 years or so.
With, I understand some encouraging results, and some very 'happy people'.
They have been quite positive particularly with MS, see article from todays Mail Online:-

Our government still lives in the dark ages.
They even banned laughing gas NoS
