Solved Start Menu and Taskbar disappeared!!!!!

sorry didnt c the ur post about me being able to do antivirus no i cant do antivirs

Do you know how to do that; go back to factory?

no the only this i can get to work is firefox

If nothing works the only choices that I see are
Wait until someone from security helps and works on the potential virus
Try System Restore again.
Go back to factory specifications
Go back to last known good configuration
if you have a Vista install DVD a repair install.
Its your choice.

ok sorry just got a windows 7 disk just gonna wipe it and put 7 on it but thank u for all ur help

OK there may be a virus so do a clean install with format
Clean Install with a Upgrade Windows 7 Version - Windows 7 Forums[2]=General Tips

thanks again for all your help last night i installed 7 and its running fine now and i install antivirus and the other programs u suggested and every thing is fine thanks once again
