kk malwarebyte found another virus and i just removed it restarting it now gonna download the antivirus and run it when it comes back up

Good, see we are finding stuff. Make Full anti virus scan and make sure that it is updated first. I think we are going to fix this thing.

Many times a virus prevent you from downloading to protect themselves

yes but i have to go to the task manager and type explorer.exe to get my task bar back

Go into safe mode and select last known good configuation
Using Last Known Good Configuration

yes so far firefox is working was gonna try the housecall trendmicro u gave me is that what u want me to do cause if i go to last known config it will erase everything u have helped me with and i will have to start all over

If you can work with FF dont do the last good configuation. Continue withe the other stuff.

if i reboot my task bar is still gone and firefox is the only progam that will open and it wont downlaod anything inless im in safemode
