Solved Start Menu and Taskbar disappeared!!!!!

There are several things to try
Run a full anti virus scan
Download and run malwarebytes. Make a full scan and update first
Run an SFC command 3 times, if errors are found

i have tried to fix this problem my self because i have gotton a lot better at computers since the last time i was here but i just cant get it this time i put malwarebytes on the computer to take the infected file off and when i restarted it my start menu and task bar was gone but i cant get it to stay and when i try to download a cleaner it just freezes

oh yeah and the taskbar didnt disappear tell after i installed malwarebytes i restored the computer to a few days ago and every thing came back and i installed malwarebytes again because i didnt know it was malwarebytes that messed it up and i have been trying to restore it agian and have not been able to get back to the restore area

You have to go back past the first time you had the problem. Try going back at least 3 or 4 days prior to that date.

i have done that and that when my taskbar disappeared i was trying to fix the computer because it was already so messed up malwarbytes wont run now

You have much bigger problems than just a task bar

Start with a virus scan, even if you cant get malwarebytes.
Off the top, I think that you may have a virus.

Before you try anything be sure that you do not have a virus.
In addition to the above try a clean boot
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
Test to see how everything works with clean boot

If it does not work try in safe mode

Use System Restore if possible, in safe mode, several days before the first problem with task bar

kk i got malwarebytes to run and it found nothing going to run the clean boot

You have to run malwarebytes full scan. Did you do that? It should take at least 30 minutes.
Also run the full anti virus scan.
Dont forget to try all the steps in both my posts.

sorry it was a quick scan just started the full scan and have not tired the sfc command yet or the repair install will try those when malware is done

Steps that I did not notice on the guide include:

Running a scan disc before doing a defrag

its not my computer im fixing it for some one but it has turned out to be more trouble then what i thought it would be but i have put ccleaner on it and i will make sure he get the info when he gets the computer back after i get it all fixed and thank u for ur help so far
