No, it's not the same. Different panels and the vents is on the left back and not on the right side for me. unfortunately, this video couldn't help me to remove fan.

But it shows that the screws hold on the plastic.

If you really need to clean the fan, and find the gpu, I would carefully undo those screwsb and pop the black plastic off.

I don't think so, but I will make another picture on tomorrow.

Under the plastic ?

Have you seen the kind of puddle on the right side of the CPU ? I tried to remove it but the green square where the cpu is located seems to be covered by transparent thin film, so that with my fingers I couldn't remove it, it was like I slipped down.

I understand what you meant but I couldn't as it only have 2 panels: the one that I removed this morning, to remove heat sink and the second one, which is the main panel wich recover almost all the laptop.

Do not worry about that. You only need to worry about the top metal. It looks nice and clean.

Yha, I think you need to take ALL of the back off,.

Yes, I know that I need to back off all, but I couldn't and I don't want to break something or don't be able to replace again. Unfortunately, there is no pics on the net to check it step by step.

Have a nice lunch ! ;)

Yes and no.... You need to fully take apazrt the computer from the bottom. Removing the screws i marked will let the bottom plastic come off.

I've seen a few dfferent manuals for Amilo pro systems, and they all took out the screws and the bottom plastic comes off to uncover everything.

What I said was to remove screws from back to be able to remove the plastic under the keyboard.

I don't know if it is the same you said. Sorry, could you mark on the photo the screws you're talking about since a long time that I could'nt locate it, it will be easier for the next

Oh... I'm sorry, I skipped this photo ..lol

Thanks Patonb :D

I already unscrew all the screws marked with the white dots the first time, but the plastic seems to be thightened. I can't remove it and I can't make any damage to my laptop.

If a user (that already dismount his laptop) or a professional who knows Amilo Pro v3505 tell me to do it, I will do it, but I need to be sure, of course.

I think you may have hidden screws under the rubber feet.

The german video had screws in weird spots. Maybe re-watch it and see if you find yours.

Ok, I will see on tomorrow.

Look at my last HM Pro screenshots:

I launched HM Pro during almost 4 hours, check the datas.

The max CPU temperatures are corresponding when I was watching a TV streaming during one hour. There is big difference between yesterday and today ;) Moreover, on yesterday, I wasn't watching any streaming videos.

I also noticed that my fan is running when the CPU temperature is reaching 58°C.
After that, it will working until it reach 48°C where the fan stops to working for a few little minutes. ;)

PS: The room temperature is the same as yesterday : 25°C

Hi,

I think I need to remove the display and battery bay in order to remove the entire plastic, which will be hard.

Yha, Those temps look okay for a laptop. You did add the thermal paste, correct?

I too think you need to remove a whole lot and will be difficult.

With temps where thy are at, I'd leave it.

Hi Patonb, :D

Thanks.

No, I don't have yet buy thermal paste.

Yes, I know that I need to remove a whole, but need first to remove the screen and CD drive. The screen is hard without picture. Maybe if somebody read this thread and know how to undo the whole plastic from the back, I will do it successfully. For me, it's too risky.
