Not bad there Abiosis.... but those cases have so much cramped in them, or the one I've seen in person did, but it had TRI 8800 Ultra's. it was a mess.. talk about NO cable management.
as for the 750i and 780i. the 750i regular takes ddr800, but the 750i FTW model takes 1066, and I have my 1066 running at 1120 Mhz in my 750i FTW.
Nice looking rig there lancer, I used a Rustoleum Black paint, I dind't want Glossy either, but if you saw my worklog of my new case, the paint turned out much better this time. I used the Rustoluem Black Satin paint.. the SATIN is the key, it's in between matte, and glossy. it's a great look. I did 3-4 coats of primer, and 5-6 coats of the black satin on mine. Go check the worklog I put in overclocking & cooling, but I think you've been there already.
oh and freelancer, yes I'd recommend using eVGA Precision. (and Abiosis, if you don't have evGA precision to OC that card, I'd recommend it, best OC problem for Nvidia cards Hands down) It's MUCH better than Nvidia system tools, or that Scary program called nTune. lol.. I won't touch those. they never work right.
get eVGA Precision, it's a great prorgam. it starts with my system when I boot up, it sets my fan speed from 40 to 61% for me, and minimises to the tray.. it's great. then I just hit a number of 1-5 they are all pre-sets of different OC's. 1 is default speeds with a 80% fan, 5 is the max OC I ever run during benchmarks.. and 3 is in the middle for average gaming.
just get it. lol, oh and no I'm not getting a new system, my current one is not very old. and it's going in the new case with the WC.
and Charles, that looks great. if you have any questions about overclocking ask me if you'd like. I will say, you have a Q9300 so not sure how far you can go.
