Haven't gone through all the pages but I haven't noticed BoClean mentioned.

Hi Joan,

I have tested the Comodo BoCLean program. It works fine, but it has a problem with the automatic updates working properly unless you use Compatibility Mode to make the program files for it Run as administrator, then use Task Scheduler to create a task for the BoClean exe file to allow it to run at Startup with it running as administrator. To me, one should not have to do this to have a program run correctly. I'll keep an eye on it for newer versions to see if they correct this issue.

Hopefully Comodo will get it worked out soon.

First is free youtube to ipod converter which is a part of Free Studio
The next is Aimersoft video converter, which is not free but with less limitation in trial

AutoIt3 is great for small programs to manipulate windows. I wrote a few command
line utilities to run programs at particular places on the desktop, resize or kill windows by window title etc..

They should work in any 32 bit Windows supported by the latest stable version of
AutoIt3(which is just about any 32 bit Windows) but I've tried them out on XP SP 2 and Vista Home Premium 32 bit.

All the utilities are compiled to .exe. You don't need AutoIt to be installed in order
to use them. Just copy to a folder in your Path. They don't create .ini files or Registry entries. To get rid of 'em just delete the files.

Complete Uninstaller

Hey guys,

I was searching around and couldn't find what I was looking for. I am looking for a free complete uninstaller that's compatible with Vista x64. I stumbled upon an awesome program called "Revo Uninstaller" (you might want to add this to your list, Brink). It has some nice features allowing you to simply click on a program you want to uninstall using the "Hunter" mode. The best part about Revo is that after it runs the application's uninstaller, Revo searches your drive and registry for leftover files, folders, and registry entries. I love this, but unfortunately, it only works with x86. You can still install it in x64, but it will not list any applications in your Program Files folder, only from the Program Files (x86).

Soo, I was wondering if any of you have heard/used/currently use a freeware program with this same functionality. I found one called Uninstall Tool that supports x64 and essentially has the same functions as Revo, but they're asking $25 for full access.

ZSoft Uninstaller is the better and easier way to uninstall programs on your computer.
ZSoft Uninstaller can be used as a Add/Remove applet replacement, but not only that, it can also:

Analyze an installation so it can be completely uninstalled (also supports reboots of the computer as the process is split into two: Before and after the installation)

Find and delete temporary files

Delete entries from programs that are no longer installed

Hide Windows Updates

Hide entries from the list that you are never going to uninstall (drivers etc.) making the list smaller and therefore easier to manage.

Show more information than available though add/remove

Automatically find entries from programs that are most likely already uninstalled

Automatically find entries that are considered "crap-ware"

(Off course) search the list of installed software

Thanks for your response Lazarus, but it doesn't list any x64 installations. That's the main thing I want. Basically an x64 version of Revo Uninstaller

Kreative Lab's KRISTAL Audio Engine is a program I recommend for musicians/audio editors who want a light but powerful product. It's also very easy to use. It's a little long in the tooth but runs like a champ on Vista.

NirCmd will work in 32 bit Vista. It must be written in Assembler because it's only 29 KB and performs a lot of cool unusual functions. Stuff like logging off or shutting down your PC, adjusting the volume, open or close the DVD drawer, set window transparency, kill programs etc..

I am an absolute whizz with the abacus which makes it all very pleasing to be able to download and run AusLogics Registry Defrag.......Until now, this sort of 'tweaking' has been a huge no-no for me as I do not understand the workings of it, and am always afraid that I would kill this thing if I ever attempt any form of maintenance in that part of my system. I had recently found and used AusLogics Disk Defrag, a very simple two-finger fix that is working very well, and visually is clearly understood.
AusLogics have done it again and a sense of accomplishment is now felt as the Registry has undergone an 18% improvement in efficiency. Brilliant! I'm wrapt!!

There is a program i found online.
You can use it to download videos form youtube for free simply by just plugging in the link.
FLV Downloader - Download FLV from YouTube (Google Video, MySpace), flv video downloader, freeware flv downloader youtube
it is soo simple
after you rip the video all you have to do is run it through the video converter you already have posted.
