What exactly does the folder C:\Windows\WinSxS\x86_microsoft-windows-dfsr-core-clientonly_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6002.18005_none_b86505b69725e0c7\ look like?
Allow me to just extract a phrase from your CBS.log:
It is now missing, rather than corrupt! Can you please confirm that that folder has a good copy of the file, with the correct name?file is missing

Good news, I ran the Sfc again after I changed the name of the folder to dfsrprov. So I could keep track of the folders and had added a (2) after the name. I deleted it and it worked. Here is what the sfc reported:
Windows Resource Protection founf corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
