BCCode f4 BSOD's with wininit.exe

Now that I've read a lot more, I'm leaning towards a problem with my mobo and RAID0 from Gigabyte/AMD. My mobo is the same from this other post with lots of scary stories: AMD Game Forums - RAIDXpert 'Unknown Error'

well completed all the ram and ram slot tests as instructed and no errors, so now can only wait and see...it is possible it may have been AVG but its also possible it may have simple been my usb flashdrive being used as a ready boost beginning to fail as not designed to be constantly used as ram....time will tell now

well been almost 2 weeks now and no sign of the BSOD, so removing avg and the usb stick must have fixed the issue, no idea which action actually did it tho lol. but all is good now (touch wood)..thanks again for all your help Rich...kudos to you
