My Hard drives are killing me a bit but I can't complain. My processor was just upgraded to a Core Duo E6420 2.13GHz and I have it OCed to 3.0 GHz.
Here is the score and spec of my money pit...wonder when the goal posts will move from the current 5.9 score...That could be interesting and costly..lol
I don't think these score are fair at all. This is what I have in my PC at a glance:It's not super ultra hardcore but it's alright. It doesn't studder on anything (except for some windows born problems). But I only score a 4.8. and its my graphics card thats killing it and its a descent card. What could I do, to better my score?

yea...not really worryin about my card or graphics...all i do is surf the web and chat basically...or i would have went for an 8800 card
thanks tho
I think that it is dynamic. As the performance of pc's increase the 5.9 score will probably scale with them. I guess what I am trying to say is sooner or later when our current setups are old and gray, they will be posting 3.0's whereas the new 8 core processors with 3600 fsb speeds will be posting 5.9's(i am exaggerating on those speeds and cores...lol). But i think you get my point.

That's not correct. Maximum score will grow over the time, but if your computer gets 5.0 today, it will get 5.0 even in 2012.
