Do you know were I can download Windows Vista Business Swedish / Svensk x64 ? That's what I've got license for but no disc so I can't re-install

Ultimate or Enterprise can import Language Packs via Updates so if you had either of those, feasibly you could install my English one and then install those, but it's a lot of work. Other than that I have no idea regarding Swedish downloads, sorry.

If the computer came with Vista installed the key is on the computer or inside the battery area.

Sent. If the computer still works install Belarc Advisor and it will produce a report on your machine including any keys.
But as richc46 says it should be on or underneath or behind the machine, or in the battery compartment, if it came with the machine.

Edit: a key is entered when Vista or any Windows installer asaks for it...it is the product key and is unique to you and your machine.
