Do I need to accept the MEGA 'helper' program that pops up upon initialization of the download?
Download got to 88% and quit, putting me over my alloted data for the month. Now I must redownload same data again...

Any thoughts?

Sorry AKA I overlooked your question, no you don't need that. Sorry about the download issue but not much I can do there. I opted to pay my ISP $10/month extra for unlimited bandwidth because I was just fed up with forever worrying about it. I'm sure that's what they were hoping everyone would do of course because 2 days later they upped the limits on all of their packages. It's total BS when people say the Internet would be overloaded if everyone had unlimited. With newer technologies the sky is the limit.
I would complain bitterly to the press about your ISP if I were you. It usually works wonders.

LOL, I wish you success. Not sure about your area but here it was for a long time a case of my ISP having a monopoly and therefore not offering any good deals...that's all changed in recent years.

All attempts to download from Mega have failed so far, anywhere from 29% to 63%. I'l try kicking them off later and hope it completes over

I have no idea why that would be. Try another browser perhaps? However I feel that it's probasbly nsomething to do with your ISP's Internet connection.

I can download just about anything from anywhere with no problem. Mega is the first site I've had problems with. I have a 30MB download speed that give me better the 3Mbps. When I watch the download from Mega it looks like after awhile it gets throttled down to 275Kbps. Probably just too much traffic on what seems to be a very busy site.

Believe me, I'm not complaining. You provide a great service. I'm sure I'll get the iso's sooner or later.

It should complete.. If you are sure your ISP isn't throttling downloads, which many do and wont admit it, then try disabling your antivirus for the download, see if that helps.
