If so, then transfer them from that user account as per the instructions http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile. (remember, there are 3 files you shouldn't transfer) to the new account you created and you should have your user account back under the new name. And hopefully, that will not have the problems you were having before with the old account.

I suggest that you wait until the prior dump reports are read. Regardless of what the new ones say, it appears that you may have a rootkit and that must be taken care of

RGhost is a file sharing site. It's places like that that probably caused you to become infected in the first place. I will not download anything from that site. Please just use the procedures we've provided to send the files directly to us here instead of through some 3rd party source. Click on Go Advanced and click on Manage Attachments and click on browse and find the file you want to attach (if it isn't one of the acceptable types or is too large, then zip it by right clicking on it and clicking Send To and choosing Compressed Folder - then attach the compressed folder). Click open to get the file and it will add to that browse button. Use as many browse buttons as you have files to attach. Then click the upper Upload button and they will attach here and no 3rd party site is required.

It's a 46 mb file Lorien, I don't think it will upload here. I got it to download from megaupload and put it on my skydrive if you want it.

Not problem, the file memory.dmp is on the megaupload server.

You should downloaded ;)

I tried to copy all the profile settings from Secours to the new admin account, Old Admin but not enough free space, 4,5 Gb

I will come later to this forum with the new BSOD file

Thanks. I have it now. The .dmp file is 146MB!! So far, I haven't been able to open it - but perhaps I'm not giving Notepad enough time. I'll try again later.

Here it is, I had to zip it up, 7zip is not a valid upload.
