USB/HID-compliant causes game glitching

Been searching all over to figure this out, I'm having the same issue but worse!

Anytime I even connect a controller to the system it constantly connects/disconnects...

This is DEFINITELY NOT a power issue!!!

I have:
evga 790i
evga 9600gt
4gigs ddr3
2 640gig western digitals
750 watt corsair power supply

The ONLY things connected to the pc are logitech wave keyboard/mouse and game controller...

I thought there might be an issue with the wireless logitech controller I was using so I tried using my PS3 controller only to have the same issue!

This is an iMon problem, NOT a power issue... if my 750watt psu can't support a game controller then nothing will...

Has ANYONE found out anything about this problem? has SoundGraph released any new drivers for iMon? This is really piddling me off...

right, what people cant seem to grasp is that i also have a 750watt power supply and i got the same thing, USB devices get allocated a certain amount of power, regardless of your power supply, so you see, it doesnt matter if you get a 1250watt power supply, your USB's will NOT have this power available. All im saying is "try" an externally powered usb hub and see if it works, borrow one off a friend, anything, just keep your options open. FYI the usb hub i am using is the rock band usb connector for xbox 360, this connector has recently died on me and i chanced connecting it directly to my usb ports and it works, but my mouse craps out every once in a while.

After a little more searching, I'd like to end this power discussion once and for all...

Sound Graph even knows about the hardware problem and says there is nothing they can do to fix it... They fixed the hardware problems in April in a newer model, but says there is nothing they will do if you have a pre-april version of their hardware!!!

Here are a couple links to their own site which proves there is a hardware problem on their end.

then the solution is clear, dont buy iMon, seems simple to me, but i dont have any iMon products at all, it is a power issue, it may not be a power issue with you, but everyone elses problem is down to power.
