Is this off 1 partition or you got backtrack on it's own partition? My last memory of linux was it wiping my media HDD clean because it needed It's own file system (NTFS, FAT32 etc...), so I just boot live CD from now on.

I don't think its possible to install them on the same partition. BackTrack requires the EXT3 file system and Windows the NTFS. Its on its own partition :)

Well!
Last night it was our schools awards evening, which was a pretty good night!
Cut it short, I walked away with an Amazon Kindle 3G, the one with WiFi and 3G, £100 of Amazon vouchers and £50 of WHSmiths vouchers!
I was given awards for best attendance over 4 years since year 7 till year 10, an Astronomy award and a recognition award for being a prefect.

I have no idea how my school could actually pay for all that stuff, the Kindles are £152 each, and about 30 was given out, I think everyone got the £100 Amazon voucher too. Yay for being a special measures school lmao.

So, today I'm going to see what I can do with the Kindle, I've worked out I can go on Facebook, so that's cool, I think I'm also going to Southend with my mum to get some stock for the sweet stall, should be a good day! :)

Only problem is, is the Kindle thinks it's in Dublin, which I think is changeable.

Today I've been out to Southend like I planned, and took the Kindle too, to test the 3G, and it works really well! I had a full signal strength throughout the day, and pages load really quick on it. The best thing, it's free! I'm hoping I can maybe tether it to my netbook to get internet while I'm out and could need a connection. :)

I myself have an iPad 2 3G model, i'm really surprised at how fast 3G networking is, I don't remember it being so fast on my iPhone 3G ;)

Last night I credited my Amazon account with the £100 voucher and bought a Minecraft recipe guide, since the Wiki is down, and it's handy to have. It was only £1.14 so yeah, was also planning to buy the book Holes, I remember watching the film, it was great!

I was sat at my laptop and all of a sudden this black thing moved across the screen, I realised it was a bug so I tried to blow it away. It didn't move. I tried moving it with my finger, I couldn't touch it. It was in my screen!?! It was the weirdest thing ever. I have no idea where it's gone now :sa:

Today I was planning to post here at about 2PM from my Kindle.
I was out in the sun, and that was the problem, the sun, meaning there was nowhere quiet and shady to sit.

So, today it's been really hot. When I checked at about 4PM it was 40C in the sun, or so my thermometer said, and I've just checked now at 5.40PM and it's 34C in the sun.

Went out with some mates, if I can call them that, and went down the beach, I ended up walking to the other end of the Island just because there was so much hate flying around, and I didn't wanna be around that. It was a strange day really, I had a kind of argument with my mum before I went out, then when I was out, we met a couple of peeps that caused the hate so yeah.
When I was with them I had a real deep conversation with a girl I don't really talk to.
Like I said, it was strange, I never just walk off from people like that, or if I do, there's a reason.

So, at the moment, I'm talking to some guys on IRC from Bitvortex, there's not a lot I can do otherwise, it's just too hot.
