After all the faf of dual booting Windows 7 with BackTrack I found that there's a new version that you have to do a hard upgrade for - so I had to do it all again! I'm now running Windows 7 with BackTrack 5

Is this off 1 partition or you got backtrack on it's own partition? My last memory of linux was it wiping my media HDD clean because it needed It's own file system (NTFS, FAT32 etc...), so I just boot live CD from now on.
