Today, after several weeks of work on a difficult BSOD, got the results, its fixed. Its a great feeling.

Maybe it's a tactic to make you more nervous. Don't let it work. Go in tomorrow as if it was planned that way all along. And by the way, you'll do just fine.

Today Wellington, my home city, is having a huge fancy dress party with a bit of rugby thrown in. It's the IRB 7'S that's 7 a side rugby 7 minutes each way with countries from all around the world taking part. There is as much action in the stands as there is on the field. Almost everyone is in fancy dress and I'm told it is the only place they have the contest where the fans do that. It's great to see the effort some take with their costumes.

That sounds epic! I don't like rugby much, but the whole atmosphere sounds amazing! I haven't been to a fancy dress for ages. Last time was over a year ago, and we all had to come dressed in black bin liners.

I have to know what your costume was. I simply can't imagine (and I think it says a lot about someone).

The costume I've used for Halloween and such things for the last several decades is a combination of Blade (from the movies/comics), SWAT and a Ninja (which I am, technically) - and when I can, it's with real and functional weapons of every kind imaginable that I can accommodate - moreso than I ever really would carry in any situation where such a costume were actually required. Aside from freaking people out and/or impressing them, I also feel as safe as I ever actually am. Of course, in public (even here in America - though it may be possible in some of the other states but not in Maryland), I can't go that far or I'd be arrested on sight.

Someone asked somewhere how to change the color and I didn't and still don't know the answer. How do you do it? There must be limits as I doubt they'd let you change it to, for example, red. And there are only a limited number of colors I've ever seen - so it can't be to anything you want except prohibited ones (e.g., Yellow) or we'd have all sorts of colors and thus no meaning to them. I've looked everywhere & can't figure it out. Please help me so I can find whoever asked me (I think it was a PM) and help that person as well.

P.S. You look better in black - it highlights your status and accomplishments more accurately. You're better than just Orange and should take pride in that. You wouldn't look bad in blue or red either, but that's not my call.

I switch the colours when I get bored with what I have! I rather like Black; after all, there is no distinction between Supporter and Developer in terms of colour!
