Hi, when I input the command above it ask for permission then another cmd box flashes up and disapears!

I don't understand! I went through the setup as directed in safe mode and when I enter verifier /query it comes back "no drivers are currently verified"

I do understand, that is why we did this. It seems that the driver that crashes (same as all the reports) crashes on its own. The verifier did not do it.

The driver that crashes is a kernal driver (Microsoft) it is a lead driver. A subordinate driver crashed, but the reports keep giving the name of the lead driver.
This leads me to believe that the bad driver is a system driver. Not from the AV or from some other program,, but something like audio or graphics. etc.
See the problem?

I may have misuderstood a question or you the answer, in any case do not do it in Safe Mode. Use Verifier in regualar mode.
