only ran sfc once

You need to check each service in the dependencies has started
You need to run sfc scan 3 times
then upload the log.

I didn't run command prompt as admin for net spool stop/net spool start and received that msg

At the end did it say it was unable to repair all.
It says here it repaired 73 files was that all?

I believe it was everything. All the corrupt files were the spool files

No some were theme files

EDIT Did you get a message after the last scan re. files all fixed or some unable to repair?:D

printer is not listed in exceptions. I haven't been able to use set-up CD because of spooler error

The instructions say the set-up should recognize the printer on the network however I cannot circumvent the spooler problems.

Some were unable to repair I will have to reboot to check if they have been repaired brb

This forum thread is almost exactly what is happening to me. The guy even bought the same printer.
