After doing so, Please download TFC by Old Timer TFC - Temp File Cleaner by OldTimer - Geeks to Go Forums and save it to your desktop.

Save any unsaved work. TFC will close ALL open programs including your browser!
Double-click on TFC.exe to run it. If you are using Vista/Windows 7 right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator.
Click the Start button to begin the cleaning process and let it run uninterrupted to completion.

***Important! If TFC prompts you to reboot, please do so immediately. If not prompted, manually reboot the machine anyway to ensure a complete clean.

TFC (Temp File Cleaner) will clear out all temp folders for all user accounts (temp, IE temp, java, FF, Opera, Chrome, Safari), including Administrator, All Users, LocalService, NetworkService, and any other accounts in the user folder. It also cleans out the %systemroot%\temp folder and checks for .tmp files in the %systemdrive% root folder, %systemroot%, and the system32 folder (both 32bit and 64bit on 64bit OSs). It shows the amount removed for each location found (in bytes) and the total removed (in MB).

Before running, it will stop Explorer and all other running apps. When finished, if a reboot is required the user must reboot to finish clearing any in-use temp files.

Okay, here's the log.

Hopefully, Jacee will be able to sort out your problems. However, the steps I showed you yesterday (or whenever) should not have affected Safe Mode at all. They stop certain things running in Normal Mode, but they do not run in Safe Mode by definition. If this really does come to nothing, we may have to start checking your hardware.

How old is this PC (approximately - number of years) and who made it (ie HP, Dell, Compaq etc.)

The computer is only a year old, it's a Toshiba model.
After Safe Mode was acting up yesterday I find I'm completely unable to boot into it today.
After it loads the drivers and stuff it will either just go back to the Boot Menu or a blue screen with text will flash by very quickly, making it unreadable, before the computer just restarts..

EDIT: Now it automatically goes to the Startup Repair thing every time it boots...I don't know how this computer randomly got so much worse but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to start it up now..

Oh dear! I am sorry that it has come to this. I really think that it may be a hardware fault. Please run these instructions, (credit completely to usasma), and tell me if either of them fail.

Yeah, I'm using my phone and I don't have access to another computer right now.

I am not very good at BSoDs. I am more of a technical person. You will have to wait and see what the BSoD expert says. Sorry I cannot be of more help at the moment :huh:

I don't get why it suddenly can't boot up.. There are a bunch of System Recovery Options but I'm gonna refrain from toying with them since I so don't know what I'm doing..

The Startup Repair automatically runs everytime I boot up the computer and just tells me a bunch of error details that it can't fix; and System Restore is unable to work.

If it was my machine, I'd try the complete PC restore.

Yes, everything will be gone if you use it. If you haven't setup the Complete PC Restore there probably won't be anything there for you to use. But, if you pick the Toshiba Recovery Wizard it'll format your hard drive (losing everything) and will reset the computer to the state it was in the day that it left the factory.

Toshiba's came with Recovery disks during most of the time that Vista was offered. Do you have them?

What does the BSOD say? Here's a link to what we need off of it (we need the stuff in RED):

Try Startup Repair first, see if it'll fix the boot issue.

Then System Restore next, and restore the system back about a week before the problems started happening.
