No- It is doing it to me too. Its IE8 or the add-on scanner is not yet compatable with this version of IE.

At top right click "file", and "save log" you can also use it to save multiple logs and compare.

With regards to IE8 Are you unable to access both the ESEST Sites that you posted and get the same error with IE8 as I do? and the same with the online scanner.

The second is the download site. Its just the scanner that I get the add-on error in IE8-evidently it is not designed for IE8 yet.
As for your log-it is difficult to read- What does the inspector itself say when you scroll through it? It should should give you a self diagnostic staus of the individual components.

oK that's odd I get the error on both of them sites. The system inspector seems to be ok, its not reporting any certial things its got a few errors in the registry, thats about it really.

Ok goo news I rolled back to IE7 and ran an online scan at ESET and it passed without any infections.
