Help - Enable Sound - RED X

Everything that you did to the computer will be gone; all your games, pictures, files, settings, favorites, everything
Then we reintall. The actual computer is old cannot fix that, but Windows will be like new.
You could put your stuff on a hard drive or CD, but hard drive is best. You can use a finger drive, that is what I did.
For programs like games, you need the install DVD and maybe the key number. If you downloaded from the net you have to download again.
If I were you, this is what I would do
Read the tutorial qucickly
Then go to You Tube and search for something like "Install Vista"
Then go back and look at the tutorial, again. You should understand it better.
Then you have to decide. Want to work together or do you want to bring it to a shop.
Just remember one thing, if you cant do it, no harm done, just bring to the shop then. It will cost the same.

Doing a clean install is the best way to go.
As for not being computer savvy that is ok.
I new nothing a few years ago.
After you do things like this you learn.
You have the wonderful people here
to help.
I learned alot from them.
Good-luck.
If I should happen by I will try to picth in.

As for saving stuff like rich said dvds or cds or
a 8 gig thumb drive they are cheap about 40 dollars.
Just plug it in cut or copy and paste. Will only take
a few minutes of your time.

TY Jimmy for the support. I think that dardevil should take the chance and save a lot of money. Having two members with the same opinion will help him make the right decision.
