Solved Free Hard drive space shrinking

You can save the "Back Up Computer" image to the E: drive.

By the way whats the purpose of the other small size drive? Where did the person rip that from??

D and F are most likely for your OEM Vista, Applications, & Drivers recovery partitions used to restore these items with and should not be messed with.

So if one day, i lost my driver, i just need to get to Drive D and F?

Regarding the images, i will save it on a portable drive. How do i use it one day if my Pc experience failure?

You will need to see your OEM computer manual or website instructions on how to restore Vista to factory default for the D and F partition.
