Fan Setup for Best Airflow???

lol. Yeah sorry i deal with sound issues for a living so im quite picky. My pc has only one fan plus the power supplly fan so i know that even though my temps start of low they slowly rise and so a screen of my temps would vary greatly depending on when i took the screenshot. But im just trying to be helpfull :), not picky.

I have a feeling that my CPU also has stuck sensors at idle mode... they constantly show 41C, even on the stock speed, though with my current CPU cooler it should run much lower than that... Nothing wrong with the load temps at least :) For a while I thought that it was my mobo which couldn't read the temp correctly...

At first it was just core 4 that was stuck, then core 3 got sticky then stuck and finally core 1 gave up, leaving me with just core 2 showing movement at idle :rolleyes:

At least they move at load where it counts :)

So, the best air intake is fan with high RPMs and out is fan with lower RPMs??
my current temperature of my system is within 36C-40C while idle or low usage.
I not going for OC but lower temperature is important to me. Targetting to get a 2xC to 32C...
