Disappearing Hard Drive Memory. please help!

Okay, I downloaded the program and somehow I magically have 14.4gb free now... not sure how that happened. but what should I do now?

I did find two files that I could delete that just freed up about 4gigs of space. this is a great program.

I have been having the same issue with hard drive space disappearing. I actually got down to 0 hard drive space. I had my husband take it into work as I thought it must be a virus. According to his IT dept. it was not a virus. The IT guys were able to get 67GB of hard drive space back, but within the last 10 days I have gone down to 54.9 GB. Nothing has been downloaded so I know something or some process is eating up the hard drive space. I noticed in the previous thread that you said to turn off disk defrag scheduler. Funny because I did have it scheduled to run every wednesday. Yesterday I had 61.6 GB and this morning I had 56 GB. Then I ran disk defrag I had 54.9 GB. I lost disk space! After reading this thread I ran CCcleaner, windirstat and antimalware. I believe disk defrag is the problem but I can't find any files to delete after running the windirstat. I notice in the app it has a Clean Up tab. Is there something I need to do??? How can I get my hard drive space back?
