Continuous BSODs after clean installs

I just got another crash: Probably caused by : USBPORT.SYS ( USBPORT!USBPORT_DereferenceDeviceHandle+107 )

I have the latest BIOS and the latest USB drivers for my system. Could this also be caused by my external wireless mouse?
