look-I think translation to english is unnassesary (attached image)

EDIT
@Mr Wonderful
If I have right and you don't have Version key I need much more information about your system.We only know this.
I have this exact problem with vista business x32.
Reconstructing this key is not easy -we can't import this key so simple from another computer because this key depence also from language version,and update status
so additional question:
-your language version?
-do you have installed SP1? -If yes do you have installed SP2?

@delphin

  1. Open elevated command prompt window
  2. net stop msiserver Press enter.
  3. MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER Press enter.
  4. MSIEXEC /REGSERVER Press enter.

No.It will reset Windows Installer service not Windows Modules Installer

What did you say :sarc:? If you have Component Based Servicing empty or missing full subkeys you can forget about fixing.Any effort will be futile.For you only leave System Restore (if it work) or Repair Install (not guarantee also).

Make two logs:

Run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges and type:

REG EXPORT "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing" C:\log.txt

when it finish navigate to C:\Windows\WinSxS folder

C:
cd\
cd /d C:\Windows\WinSxS

and make second log from incudes of this folder

dir /s >C:\log2.txt

Both logs log.txt and log2.txt (they appear directly on C ) upload on Speedy Share - upload your files here

All the keys are missing so I am beginning to believe my only hope will be to do a full os drive restore from the backup I have 60 days ago. I tried to recover but could not go back far enough.

I really appreciate your help on this.

Here are the files.
