also would i be able to run crysis on max if i get the 58XX series cards?

Simple answer: NO

Check out what I've finished building, spent $3500 and it still can't run CRYSIS on HIGHEST settings. The CPU isn't the issue, its the number of polygons per second per stream.

My recommendation is to go QUAD SLI with dual 295GTX's (preferably watercooled) or get a Nvidia Quadro card for $1700. Or if you really want to break the bank, three Tesla cards in 3-way SLI. Bear in mind these last two options are professional studio quality cards, and aren't widely available. See nvidia.com for more info.

Specifications:

INTEL i7 Core Extreme Edition 3.3 Ghz (OC to 4.6)
Asus P6T7 WS Supercomputer Motherboard
6 x OCZ 1800Mhz DDR3 2Gb each (dual triple-channel 12Gb total)
3 x Asus Nvidia Geforce 285 GTX 1Gb (dual slot cards) (each OC at 125%)
Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty Titanium Edition (PCI-e 2.0 slot version)
Coolermaster CosmosX SuperATX Case
12 case fans, just to keep it under 50 degrees!
