Well i cannot seem to find the download for the XAudio driver, and i have been searching a bunch.

Ok That looks like a modem driver, see if there are updates from device manager

With Non Plug And Play Drivers you can't get updates for them through Device Manager

My Modem is not listed. But I have a Netgear Router and it is connected to a black box is the black box my modem?

Im on Seven, not sure if vista is the same as seven with this but
go to search and type system information. Everything is there
