I am a Hp Pavilion a6312p Desktop PC
With Windows Vista (not 62)

And i suppose telling you my Computer made Beep Beep Beep noises awhile ago might help too.

OK I went to google and put in the driver name
came up with this
Ps2.sys driver .sys information » download system tools for free to fix window errors

so we know its may be a printer. It may be some other hardware that you have that is HP.
so I go to the HP printer page as an example
Printers and Multifunction

Then put your printer information in

If your printer is not HP, then use the hardware that is HP
We may need the device manger to help, if necessary.

When you come up with the information, you should know what you own. Do you have a HP printer, I do?

OK narrowed it down more, looks like it may be a keyboard driver

My Printer is a Canon so i am updating the Keyboard now

Well i went back to the HP website cause i knew that that was a trusted source and dled and installed it there, was that my problem?
Edit: Ahaha My ps2.sys is my Mouse! its a Microsoft PS/2 Mouse in the Driver Manager

Okay I am back! Through the device manager there are no updates though.

The update is the last place you want to get drivers. Try the way I told you.
Did you update the mouse driver?

I've already tried that through the HP site.

Yeah i did, It wasn't updated The Keyboard and Mouse are under the same update.

When I select the outdated drivers, its just by date. Maybe those are the most current already. Now, you try the next by yourself and lets see how you do.
I will try to find if that driver is the most current.

Okay Rich i will, but i've noticed on the Hp website it has some driver updates from Conexant so i'm gonna find out what type of driver the MDMXSDK is.
