BSODS

Hey guys i've been getting bluescreens, used to be a lot more then they seemed to deteriorate to nothing, now they seem to be coming occasionally and it is getting annoying. I have noticed the system health report says i dont have an anti virus, I do its Microsoft Security Essentials.

Thanks for the Help

DRIVER_CORRUPTED_MMPOOL (d0)
Arguments:
Arg1: 2925985a, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: 81ec3c77, address which referenced memory
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is
caused by drivers that have corrupted the system pool. Run the driver
verifier against any new (or suspect) drivers, and if that doesn't turn up
the culprit, then use gflags to enable special pool. You can also set
 HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\ProtectNonPagedPool
to a DWORD 1 value and reboot. Then the system will unmap freed nonpaged pool,
preventing drivers (although not DMA-hardware) from corrupting the pool.

The reports that you have submitted reveal clues to the cause of your problem. They do not give a definitive answer. The more reports that we receive the more clues are made available improving our chances of finding a solution to your problem. You may have to experience several more BSODs until the final answer is discovered.

If overclocking restore normal settings

SFC /scannow
System Files - SFC Command

Download memtest86 and test RAM
www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Run for 8 passes
If passes try a good stick in each slot for 3 passes
If fails do the same for 8 passes.

Scan with your Anti Virus

Update outdated listed drivers. If I have inadvertently listed any Microsoft Drivers, they can be ignored. If the list is extensive I have included the driver verifier test so that you may determine which drivers are in need of immediate attention.

How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- The most common drivers are listed on this page: http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html
and here
http://www.edbott.com/weblog/the-vista-master-driver-list/
To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper
www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/
You can also locate information about your driver using this information
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/96442-device-manager-finding-unknown-devices.html

The cause given for your problem is a corrupted driver, but memory was also referenced.
I suggest that you take the above corrective action.
If you get another BSOD, I will request a driver verifier test. But my hunch is that memory may be the cause.
So update the old drivers, take the memory test and follow the other procedures. If you still get BSODs post again, and we will go from there
Thanks

Thats the crux of the situation. The report did not give an exact driver. It mentions drivers and memory.
First do the memory test, thats easy.
Then just update the few drivers that are outdated.
Follow the other instructions

Then use your computer, if there are more BSODs post. We will have more clues and will be able to pinpoint even better.
As I said in my report, they give just clues and may take time. But at the end we always succeed

To download them you google the company name and put driver download. It should bring you to the page to download.
If there are problems, we can get them from device manager, which is part of your Operating System, but that way is not as good.

Here is the first one

You do not have to know what all of them are.
For example the HP company that I gave you, has a test that can determine HP drivers that are out dated. Go look at the left top of the page that I gave you.
