bsod 0x0000009f problem with shutdown restart sleep and hibernate

when i restart from the bsod it starts up fine then goes to a black screen. so you want me to restart it after that to go to the bsod again.

the screen shut off again. it does it before i can do anything but doesnt do it in safe mode.

the restore worked and i don't have the black screen but i had to download the nt6 thing again. and i'm about to run it.

One possible cause is that your acpi.sys driver is outdated. Set windows update to install new drivers.
