Hmm, doesn't seem like theres anything wrong with the files. Let's try a few more things that I heard have been causing people problems.
First, try downloading the latest video driver. hit Start -> Run and type devmgmt.msc. Under Display Adapters see what company made your video and look on their site for updates. This looks like it has been a problem for some people.
Try playing it in fullscreen, some people said they could see video in fullscreen. This could be a temporary solution while we try to solve the real problem.
Try using this cool little program I found called Codec Sniper. Basically it looks for codecs that have gone bad, this should verify if any codecs are causing the problem.
If these don't work then I'll find some other stuff to try, it looks like this is a pretty popular problem though.
