Hi, your system is infected with trojan. Run malwarebytes to remove it. Also, click Start and in the Start Search box, type ncpa.cpl and press Enter. It will open Network Connections. Right click the network connection and click Properties. Double click TCP/IP V4 and you will see that your DNS server has been changed to either one of them ;Hello, My Name Is Josh And I Need Help With The Following.

thats the reason you are unable to access the internet. Either run malwarebytes or HijackThis to remove the trojan.
